About Us

Caring Circle/ Hospice at Home, a Spectrum Health Lakeland affiliate, is dedicated to serving our neighbors throughout southwest Michigan. As the largest and most experienced community-based palliative care and hospice organization in the area, we have expanded to offer a quality-of-life focused continuum of care that includes: Transitions, House Calls, Palliative Care, Hanson Hospice Center, Hospice at Home, Bereavement Care, and Lory's Place.

As a not-for-profit organization, we offer comprehensive care giving program and support, as well as grief and bereavement counseling, workshops an support groups at no charge.
