Handyman

We are currently seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who enjoys working both indoors and outdoors. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in both indoor and outdoor settings.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
• Power wash exterior surfaces and wash windows
• Clean gutters & make general repairs
• Repair and replace damaged or faulty electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
• Repair or replace doors, windows, drywall, flooring, and other structural components.
• Conduct painting, caulking, and sealing activities as required.
• Assist with snow removal and ice management during winter months.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies and request replacements when necessary.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of various repair and maintenance techniques.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, and landscaping.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
