    Full job description

    The Community Liaison is responsible for coordinating and implementing effective business development programs. Drives qualified inquiries into the facility. Improve and maintain a positive image of the facility with residents, the community, and other facility staff.

    RESPONSIBILITES:

    • Must have 1 – 2 years’ experience in Healthcare Sales and Marketing
    • Responsible for presentations both within the facility and outside.
    • Achieve referrals through development and implementation of an effective referral marketing plan.
    • Responsible for meeting/exceeding census goals. Should manage referral customer relationships in accordance with the facility marketing plan that would include an emphasis on payer types.
    • Conduct sales calls to identify new and potential referral sources.
    • Maintains thorough knowledge of the market in general and the specific products, services and acuity trends within the market.
    • Identify options for partnering with other providers in the market and assist in developing partnerships with necessary providers.
    • Set up in-services to support business development efforts and goals
    • Maintain and active working knowledge of competition.
    • Maintains knowledge of facility products and services.
    • Identify unmet community needs for new program and service development.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1-2 years' experience with Healthcare Marketing and Sales with multi-site representation
    • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
    • Service mentality and a thirst for learning
    • Positive Can-Do Attitude
    • Excellent Attendance
