Fast paced vacation rental team is looking for an organized, self-motivated, tech-savvy individual to support guest management and reservation activities of the growing vacation rental management office. This is a full-time, year round position. Candidate must be friendly and have a “customer service” can do attitude and be able to keep track of details without reminders.

Duties Include:
- Responding to Travelers Inquiries via Telephone and Email
- Securing Reservations of Rental Homes Using Established and Enquired Sales Techniques
- Guest/Customer Care Activities
- Occasional Quality Assurance Inspections of Rental Homes
- Working with Other Team Members in Order to Meet Team Goals
- Working with Homeowners in Making Reservations
- Some Duties Include In-Field Work at Vacation Rental Homes
Experience & Education:
- Sales Experience is Required
- Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma
- 2-3 Years of Hospitality Service/Experience Preferred but Not Required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Mac/Apple applications
