DayDreamer Domes is a one-of-a-kind resort in South Haven, MI, and we’re on the lookout for a Resort Operations Assistant to help keep things running smoothly. Whether you’re organizing reservations, helping with events, or ensuring guests have an amazing experience, no two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Resort Manager: Assisting with daily operations and making sure everything runs like clockwork.
- Handling Daily Operations: From guest services and reservations to office tasks and general property upkeep, you’ll be doing it all.
- Maintaining High Standards: Ensuring all guest areas are clean, organized, and ready to impress.
- Helping with Events: Getting involved in event setup, breakdown, and helping out with logistics.
- Physical & Admin Tasks: You’ll be switching between sitting at a desk and getting your hands dirty—some days it’s all about the computer, other days it’s about maintaining our beautiful resort.

- Physical Tasks: This role involves cleaning, lifting, and other hands-on work, so you should be comfortable with a bit of physical labor.
- Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in hospitality is great but not required. This role is a fantastic entry-level position for anyone looking to grow in the field!
