    Coastal Clean is a growing cleaning and handyman service serving southwest Michigan since 2003. We try very hard to make Coastal Clean a rewarding place to work. We are currently hiring a rock star for the office for customer service, scheduling and dispatching! This is not a passive position that just answers the phone.     Follow through and attention to detail are a requirement of this position. You will need to complete the assessments from Indeed within 24 hours of applying in order to be considered for the position.

    This a full time, year round position. Hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

    Responsibilities:

    • Schedule and dispatch cleaning technicians
    • Oversee and manage daily operations and ensure timely completion of all jobs
    • Monitor technicians in the field for efficiency and location.
    • Scheduling of residential & commercial cleaning services
    • Be an implementer - take ideas to action
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the staff
    • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
    • Answer phones and ensure all customer service inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business strategies

    Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a home service
    • Proven ability to lead and manage and grow a team effectively
    • Proven experience in operations management and scheduling
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software
    • Ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • A positive can do attitude
    • Knowledge of cleaning and handyman services is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related a plus

    Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
