Care Team Manager

What is the job?

The Care Team Manager is responsible for the oversight and supervision of the operations in their assigned site.

Qualifications

• Degree in human services related field is preferred; however, experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior problems may suffice in lieu of a degree.
• Exceptional client service skills/interpersonal skills with all staff/employees.
• Must have the ability to clearly communicate with clients in English both verbal and written.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record and a safe operating vehicle, and must be willing to transport people receiving services in personal vehicle if company vehicle is not available.
• Must be willing to submit to a DHS Background Study.
• Submit to a Tuberculosis screening (TB Gold)

Additional Job Requirements:

• Experience in a Lead or Care Team Manager role preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a Department of Human Services background check
• Must have a valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• adult foster care: 1 year (Required)
• supervising staff: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Bangor, MI 49013: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Required)
