    Summary:
    The Creamery & Market Shift Supervisor helps manage daily operations during their shift, acting as the go-to leader for servers and ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience. This hands-on role involves working alongside the team, guiding them, and setting an example of outstanding service, teamwork, and efficiency.

    Responsibilities
    Team Leadership:
    • Act as the person in charge during your shift, supporting team members and answering questions.
    • Lead by example—pitch in with tasks, assist during busy times, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
    • Help train and mentor new employees, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
    • Address minor conflicts or concerns among team members and escalate issues to management when necessary.
    Operations Management:
    • Ensure team members follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service, cleanliness, and safety.
    • Monitor stock levels and notify management of items that need replenishing.
    • Keep daily operations on track, ensuring team members are working efficiently and staying on task.
    Customer Service:
    • Interact with guests to provide a welcoming and family-friendly experience.
    • Assist with service including scooping ice cream, preparing orders, and cashier duties.
    • Ensure every guest leaves satisfied by maintaining high service standards throughout the shift, addressing complaints promptly and courteously.
    Administrative Duties:
    • Assist with cash handling during your shift, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
    • Communicate any equipment issues, supply shortages, or operational concerns to management.
    Must be at least 18 Years Old 
    Starting Pay $16.00/hr, plus tips; (experience will be taken into consideration)
