Overview:
South Pier Creamery & Market servers play a key role in creating a fun, family-friendly environment by delivering quick, friendly, and effective customer service.
Essential Work Duties
• Customer Service:
o Greet customers with a welcoming attitude.
o Provide flavor suggestions, samples, and product information.
o Answer customer questions accurately or know where to find the information.
o Acknowledge customers promptly, ensuring they feel seen and valued.
• Food Service & Preparation:
o Scoop ice cream and toppings to create custom desserts.
o Prepare and fill customer orders for dairy and non-dairy desserts.
o Hand roll waffle cones and other house created treats
• Operations & Maintenance:
o Operate the cash register to collect payments.
o Maintain front-of-house supplies and inventory for efficient service.
o Stock market items and ensure displays are well-organized and appealing.
o Keep the front-of-house and back-of-house areas clean and organized, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Team Support:
o Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned.
Must be at least 15 Years Old with a Valid Work Permit
Pays $12.50/hr, plus tips
