The South Haven Speakers Series features Congresswoman Debbie Dingell and former Representative Fred Upton, two voices from across the aisle who have shown how trust and relationships can get things done in today's toxic political environment.
The South Haven Speakers Series will celebrate this milestone event on Thursday, Sept. 5 at the Michigan Maritime Museum, 260 Dyckman Ave., South Haven.
“Hosting two distinguished speakers discussing significant, timely and relevant topics is a testament to this series' mission as we celebrate our tenth year” said Speakers President Mark Odland.
Upton and Dingell are known for their commitment to bipartisanship. They will share their insights and experiences on why collaboration is crucial in today’s political climate.
Veteran WOOD-TV8 political reporter Rick Albion will moderate the discussion.
Join us at 6:30 pm for a wine and cheese reception, followed by the presentation at 7 pm. Admission is $10, students attend free of charge. Space is limited. Advanced registration is highly recommended. Log on to the website, southhavenspeakersseries.org, to get tickets.
