New! Sesquicentennial Trail Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting Monday, July 18, 2022, at 3 PM Stanley Johnston Park
We’re thrilled to announce the grand opening of the South Haven Sesquicentennial Trail! This collaborative project with the Historical Association of South Haven, in recognition of our Pure Michigan Trails affiliation, and brought to life by Kayla Wyszynski Ridley, was conceived in 2019 to commemorate South Haven’s celebration of 150 years on May 10, 2019. Stroll the trail and take in the beautiful scenery of Stanley Johnston Park while you read about 150 years of South Haven’s rich history and view the incredible artwork Kayla has created.
Stop by the Visitors Bureau from 9-5 (closing for a short time at 3 PM for ribbon cutting) for a free scoop of Sherman’s ice cream and popcorn to celebrate another wonderful addition to our town. We will scoop until we run out!
The South Haven Visitors Bureau is located at 546 Phoenix Street across from City Hall.
