COVID-19 TESTING INFORMATION

InterCare Community Health Network currently provides COVID-19 testing at our five health center locations. InterCare continues to follow the testing guidelines issued by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). To receive a COVID-19 test at one of our testing locations, you are not required to bring a doctor’s note. You do not need an appointment and do not have to be an InterCare patient to be tested. InterCare provides a nasal swab to detect the presence of the COVID-19 virus (not an antibody tests).

BANGOR

Monday - Thursday 9AM – 3PM

         Walk up to the building at 800 M-139 Benton Harbor and they will meet you at the door.

COST FOR TESTING

There is no cost to the patient for COVID-19 testing, but you should bring your ID and insurance information with you if available.
